Data collection

We only collect data that we need for basic usage and direct communication with you, the user. We do not sell data to any third parties and we do not purchase data. At the time of this writing we do not send any marketing emails or use third party analytic services that track and collect data. This is subject to change in an updated policy.

Third party services

We aim to keep our list of third party services as small as possible. However we do need to use a few services to keep RAD running:

  • Neon: A database platform that we use for storing application and user data.
  • Resend: We use Resend to send non-marketing customer emails. This includes, but is not limited to verification emails, password resets, account notices, and policy updates.

Requests

We will permanently delete any personal data on request. You may also ask for a copy of your data, or for us to make updates to your data. To make any of these requests please contact us via email at [email protected].

Policy updates

We will update this policy from time to time. When we do, will will inform you of the changes.
